did… did they not rewatch the first three movies when they made the fourth kung fu panda movie
#There are some uh… consistency issues#Even other then the taking back character development for the sake of comedy#Shifu obtained inner peace at the end of the first movie through the pain of the experience of the first movie#Which he shows in the second movie. So why is he muttering “inner peace” the way he does early in the first movie. Pre-inner peace#Most present thing bothering me. So much bothering me. It’s not like offensive to the senses. It’s just very. Very. Mid.#It has a lot of potential but is mildly disappointing#It lacks stakes feels rushed undoes character development doesn’t make a lot of sense ect ect but mh biggest complaint:#It should have been like a Tai Lung Po road trip movie. Would have been easy with the same villain.#Throw tai lung in earlier make them travel together to stop what’s-her-face. Have po have a “you can be the next dragon warrior” moment#And have tai lung be like “…this is agonizing but no”. There could be so much comedy. So much emotional potential.#Would have been sick as hell
